梨 Pear

别名      :沙梨,白梨。

性格      :性寒,味甘,微酸。

归经      :归肺,胃经。

功效      :梨有止咳化痰,清热降火,养血生津,润肺去燥,润五藏,镇静安神等功效。

对高血压,心脏病,口渴使秘,头晕目眩,失眠多梦患者,有良好的食疗作用。

营养成分            :含有蛋白质,脂肪,糖类,粗纤维,铁,胡萝卜素,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素C以及膳食纤维。

适宜用者            :咽喉发痒干痛,音哑,急慢性支气管炎,肺结核,高血压,小儿百日咳,鼻咽癌,喉癌,肺癌等。

不宜用者            :脾虚便溏,慢性肠炎,胃寒病,寒痰咳嗽或外感风寒咳嗽,以及糖尿病患者及产妇和经期中的女性。

相宜食物搭配及功效   :

  1. 梨 + 蜂蜜 = 缓解咳嗽
  2. 梨 + 冰糖 = 润肺解毒
  3. 梨 + 姜汁 = 止咳祛痰
  4. 梨 + 丁香 = 营养丰富
