性味      :性凉,味甘,微酸。

归经      :脾,肺经。

功能  :苹果具有润肺,健胃,生津,止咳,止泻,消食,顺气,醒酒的功能。而且对癌症有食疗作用。苹果中含量大数的维生素,常吃可以使肠道内胆固醇含量减少,缩短排便时间,能够减少直肠癌的发生。

营养成分     :富含糖类,蛋白质,脂肪,磷,铁,钾,苹果酸,维生素,维生素B群等。

适宜用者     :慢性胃炎,神经性结肠炎,便秘,癌症,贫血患者及维生素C缺乏者。

不宜用者     :胃寒病者,糖尿病患者。

相宜食物配搭及功效 :

  1. 苹果 + 白木耳 = 润肺止咳
  2. 苹果 + 香蕉 = 防止铅中毒
  3. 苹果 + 绿茶 = 防癌,抗老化
  4. 苹果 + 茶叶,洋葱 = 保护心脏
